Meet the Founder
Stephanie Worley
After nearly 30 years at Microsoft, I founded Dahlia AI with a belief shaped by my experience: Technology creates possiblity. People create value.
Throughout my career, I had a front-row seat to some of the most significant technological transformations of our time—from the PC and the internet to mobile computing, cloud services, and now artificial intelligence. Across each wave, one lesson remained constant: technology alone does not create transformation. People do.
In those roles, I worked closely with leaders, employees, customers, and partners as they navigated significant technological change. Over time, I came to realize that the greatest challenges were rarely technical. They were human. Helping people and organizations navigate the human side of technology-driven change became a consistent thread throughout my career.
Through Dahlia AI Consulting, my goal is to help leaders create clarity and optimism, empower their people, encourage responsible experimentation, and build the confidence and capabilities required for lasting change.
